Where do i start, the experiance was fantastic from start to finish, the host (paul) is fantastic very very helpfull and friendly nothing is a chore, the extra touches he puts in the apartment for you is going above and beyond what i expected (muffins, cereal, milk, orange juice,) the list goes on, the aprtment is spotless and kept to a high standered, it has everything you need and is very modern, i will not hesitate to book this little gem again, i arrived as a guest and left as a friend

We have stayed here previously and we will always put this on top of our list as first choice! Paul is a wonderful gentleman, extremely kind and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for him. The property is still the best place that we have stayed in for comfort and cleanliness and the little extra touches are very appreciated to enhance our stay, with muffins, croissants, milk and drinks in the fridge as well as the high end toiletries such a welcome for us. Thank you Paul and we look forward to seeing you again very soon :)

On arrival greeted by the owner who spent some time pointing out all the facilities we could use at the accommodation. The luxury suite lived up to its name in that everything within the large lounge / kitchen area , separate bedroom and separate bathroom was first class and of extremely high standard. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you would require including luxury branded electrical appliances,. My husband I slept extremely well in a very large comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton linens. The owner provided small cakes together with a bottle of wine for the evening, in addition pastries, toast, orange juice, coffee and Yorkshire tea were available for breakfast the following day which was greatly appreciated. It was very enjoyable to sit out on the terrace over looking a koi pond and large lawns beyond, the remainder of the garden I will leave for new guests to find out for themselves !!!

Paul was a great host! It’s very evident he cares about the property and has spent a long time making it what it is. The finishing touches on everything around the property didn’t go unnoticed. The artwork and quirky personal touches inside and outside were great. The garden is so beautiful, was a great way to spend an evening drinking some wine overlooking the garden that’s fit for a museum!

Very spacious and well appointed one bedroom flat with attention to every detail. The owner is friendly, flexible and very helpful. The garden is amazing. Probably best suited to people with a car or who don't need to be very near a train station.
