Die Unterkunft war genauso wie in den Bildern gezeigt und beschrieben. Wir haben die richtige Wahl getroffen für unseren etwas längeren Aufenthalt in Catania. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Die Lage war top. Wir haben es genossen über den Dächern und über dem Markt aufzuwachen. Man ist mitten in Catania und alles ist relativ leicht zu erlaufen. Unser Auto konnten wir sehr nah am Appartment in einem Parkhaus unterbringen. Der Gastgeber Alessio hat uns den Urlaub wirklich angenehm gestaltet. Alle Absprachen, der Check in und Check out haben einwandfrei geklappt. Alessio war zurückhaltend aber dennoch jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Er hat uns auch immer wieder tolle Vorschläge geschickt um was zu erleben. Alessio macht hier wirklich den Unterschied und hätte noch mehr als die 10 Sterne verdient. Vielen Dank wir kommen gern wieder.

La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento es muy confortable. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar. El anfitrión muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos dio muchos consejos e indicaciones, lo que valoro mucho.

En realidad no es que no me gustó....hay un mercado abajo del edificio todos los días excepto los Domingos. Y si bien es muy pintoresco y disfrutable, los preparativos para el mismo comienzan a las 5:00 am y es muy ruidoso. Es algo a saber antes de reservar el apto, ya que perturba el sueño muy temprano.

We liked everything very much, excellent accommodation, good location. Large, comfortable apartment. Everything corresponds to the photos. The owner Alessiio is very hospitable and attentive! He organized our vacation with maximum comfort, met us at the airport. We will definitely come back here again.

Veldig sentralt! Kort vei til matbutikker, apotek, metro, busser, severdigheter, restauranter, cafeer osv. Veldig fin leilighet med fult utstyrt kjøkken, vaskerom, håndklær osv. Aircon var supert i varmen! Store soverom, gode senger. Stor plass. 3(!) balkonger med utsikt over Etna. Marked rett på utsiden fra morgen. En veldig serviceminded vert som ga oss masse tips og var alltid tilgjengelig.

I recently stayed at Shared apartment in Catania centre and can confidently say it exceeded expectations. The location is truly unbeatable — right next to the vibrant market and within walking distance of Piazza Duomo, Ursino Castle, the Roman Theatre, and countless cafés and restaurants. Being in the heart of Catania meant I could easily explore the city without relying on transport. The apartment itself is impressively spacious, featuring a well‑equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom with air conditioning, and a generously sized shared bathroom . Throughout my stay, everything remained spotlessly clean — the bathroom, sheets, and living areas were all maintained to a high. The little balcony overlooking the city added a lovely bonus: a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation . What really made the experience stand out was the host. From prompt responses before booking to personalized local recommendations, the host was consistently friendly and genuinely helpful.A guest review summed it up well: “The host is very kind and accommodating…” Overall, this apartment offers excellent value for money. Its superb location, spacious layout, high cleanliness standards, and outstanding host support combine to create a memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable, hassle‑free lodging right in the soul of Catania.

The apartment was amazing , clean, very big and comfortable.Right in the centre of the city so easy access to everywhere. Alessio was a wonderful host, very helpful.Best view of Mt Etna! Would definitely stay here again.😊

The apartment was HUGE and had all the amenities you could need. The most amazing view of Mt Etna!! Alessio our host could not have been more accommodating and kind! Even supplied us with sights to see and restaurants to try. Lovely man!
