Very clean and close to amenities such as shops and public transport. Air con worked well. We had cable tv and a balcony. The company was responsive. It felt safe and was in a good location.

Good location, not far from the metro, with a Lidl supermarket nearby. The apartment is situated in a new building, and it was easy to collect the keys. The apartment itself was ok, a free HBO account on TV, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the apartment looked like on provided photos.

There were several issues related to the apartment: First, the 3 PM check-in time was not honored. The day before, I was informed that check-in would be at 5 PM. Without internet access, I arrived at 3 PM and had to wait outside until the room was cleaned. When we finally collected the keys at 5 PM, the room was still a total mess and had not been cleaned. I called the host, who said the cleaning would be done by 7 PM, so we had to leave the apartment and wait another two hours. This was particularly exhausting as we arrived by plane at 2 PM and were carrying our luggage. The apartment itself was acceptable, but there were several issues: The towels in the bathroom should be replaced. The bed pillows were filled with pieces of sponge and were extremely uncomfortable. Even after the cleaning, the floor was still dirty. Our stay could have been much more pleasant if the host had been more serious about addressing these issues. The apartment needs a few adjustments to be worth its price.

Aircon remote was lost, but staff bring new one fast. Staff answer very fast to messages.
