Location location location! Best spot in Miami Beach, so close to Ocean Drive, but calm and quiet. additional advantages: parking, spacious apartment, cleanliness of the apartment, contact with the owner

The building is not the most beautiful in SB, but once you enter the unit, everything changes. The apartment is very clean, very well maintained, organized and have everything you might need and a little be more.SB is a little bit noisy but we didn’t loose sleep, we knew what to expect. The location is perfect, you are a block away from the beach, and a lot of restaurants. Having a parking spot is priceless in south beach. We barely used our car.

We have a little bit of problem checking in, I didńt got the introductions but once I called them they text me immediately, excellent customer service. Garage is very small don’t rent a big car.
