Holiday Home or Short term Rental in Papatoetoe

Very clean, well designed, 2 toilets, good stove, benches & fridge Groovey demisting bathroom mirror. & heated towel wrack.

The lounges looked ok, until sat on, they were lumpy, hard, a disgrace unusable, I opened them flat & we sat on the backs. No gas on arrival. Sinkerator not working, both issues promptly sorted by Tim. Not enough tea towels, scouring pads, bake wear, gladwrap, 1 kitchen bin liner for xx 11 night stay...really? Microwave on awkward height & angle, unsafe. Beds made up with half the sheets tucked under mattress. No doona cover, sheets used to cover doona. Bed pillows too high & hard.

GOOD LOCATION. SPACIOUS. ALL AMENITIES EXCEPT AIRCON.

NO AIRCONS IN ROOMS MAKE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ESPECIALLY AT SUMMER .VERY OLD FURNITURE IN SITTING ROOM.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location close to everything. Clean and convenient for kids,included all main facilities, beds we’re comfortable overall excellent accommodation

New houses, very comfortable.

A/C upstairs would be nice since the upstairs gets really hot. Maybe a better parking situation, did not affect us as school was out for holiday so there were not restrictions on street parking. More cooking pans and utensils.

I liked coming back to a new modern house.

No parking by the house, had to park on road. No real outside area where you could sit outside and had no grassed area.

We enjoyed 3 nights staying here. The house was nice and tidy, all 3 bedrooms were big and comfortable. Location was great, close to everything. Good communication.

Limited cooking appliances. Sofa was uncomfortable.

The space was great, rooms were tidy.

The rubbish bins were over full, and the couches are so uncomfortable, and it was way to hot up in the rooms. + parking was so cramped, would have like to have an outside area to sit, but other than that really enjoyed our stay here.

The beds were comfortable and perfect size for a little family.

Didn’t like how there was no sitting area at the back and limited cooking appliances and was quite nervous leaving our rental cars on the side of the road.

Loved the. Cleanliness of the property the location was also perfect, great communication from owner. Loved the fact that the bedrooms we're upstairs and I could watch movies without wife telling me to turn it down ...also toilet downstairs aswell very handy 😁 great close facilities aswell, dairy on the corner, great food 2km down the road. Little bit of noise but that's normal it's not a Micheal Jackson bubble. Neighbors are very friendly aswell..

I've got to be honest I didn't like having no parking outside house. And couches were very uncomfortable for big blokes 😂 and only 4 seats at the table for dinner and we are family of 5...... So dad stood up 😆
