Guests are to note that: 1. Shell Residences is a nonsmoking complex. 2. Pets are not allowed in the complex. 3. The swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest/s with a fee (PHP 150 on regular days and PHP 300 during holidays and weekends), payable directly to Shell Admin. Swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guests. 4. Gym facilities are for the exclusive use of unit owners and tenants only. It is off limits to guests. 5. Parking slot is available for guest/s within Shell Residences complex on a first come first serve basis with corresponding parking fees.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
