Lovely Serviced Apartment, Free Parking, Oxford

The host was nice and friendly. The key collection process was simple. The apartment was well furnished, good size for 4 pax and the neighborhood felt safe. The apartment was also generally clean and well maintained.

The bed cover of the sofa bed wasn't very clean as it's kept in the storage compartment of the sofa bed which was dusty. The shower water temperature was very hard to adjust. It's either too hot or cold. The provided washer dryer has water stuck in the rubber seal and was not big enough to wash and dry for 4 pax.

We could not cook anything on the gas hob ..it wasn't working ..put the oven on and the place filled with smoke ..so couldnt cook anything at all ..bought food to cook and had to take it home with us

Very nice and spacious living room/kitchen, many amenities. Very clean.

Bedroom a bit too small with little place to put suitcase, bed on the short side for me at 6‘4“.

A very clean, nice, and well-appointed apartment in a convenient location for those staying in Oxford, particularly North Oxford / Summertown. I would stay again. Good layout and sufficient, easy-to-understand welcome instructions from the property manager. Back garden access was a unique and very nice amenity, especially for those with children. Convenient off-street parking for one car, right in front.

Took a while to figure out how the hot water was turned on (red button on kitchen wall) but once we figured that out it was ok. Downstairs bedroom was a bit too cold at night, though we'd turned the heat up well. Upstairs sofa-bed was ok, but not the most comfortable (few sofa beds are).

It was 28degrees celcius is the double room we booked. It was just too warm to sleep

The shower faucet was difficult to figure out, we couldn’t get the cold water to come out more so it was a very hot shower
