Lovely and very clean , bed was the comfiest I think i have ever slept in. Really friendly owners who responded promptly.

No sea view & the host didn’t really want to engage in a conversation on arrival . I did ask for her contact umber but she said we wouldn’t need to contact her . Her children were extremely noisy at times . I did walk around the building to go see her personally but it’s like fort nicks at the front of the gilding with high security fence & gate fitted .

It was amazing and fabulous views. Randi kept in touch with us to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended. Loved having the mini fridge and tea coffee and sugar. Just take your milk. Great location.. 😍

Very cosy, my friend and I loved the view - particularly watching the sunsets you could see from the door.:) Think it was very fairly priced too.

The TV and I did not get along, but I am sure it was user error, I was also a little iffy in the shower, but I am not sure if that was just me - I couldn't get it on anything but hot.

I really appreciated the host emailing accurate and detailed instructions to me, a day in advance, about how to access the room. It made getting there and settling in all the more easier. The key safe outside and the curtains at the window and door made this room very secure and private. First impressions were that the room was smaller than anticipated, but it made the space all the more cosier for my husband and I. The kingsize bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had the pleasure to sleep in 😴☺️. There were drawers and hangers for our clothes, a hair dryer, and a small but clean toilet room with sink and walk-in shower, cupboard and towels. We had everything we needed...including a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities! It was a great little base to explore from! The place is also only a few minutes walk away from the centre of Newquay and the bus station which was very handy for visiting places further away! The host was friendly and very accommodating; quick to respond to any queries we had during our stay, and the room suited us very well for our 10 days there. 🤩

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. The room had a great view of the town and bay, but this is because the property is at the top of a very steep hill. 😆 There is not much one can do about that. The metal steps leading up to the room could be a little slippery in wet weather, but apart from that, everything was fine. ☺️
