AVAYA - Monolocale Soppalcato in Centro Storico

The appartment has a really good position as it is near almost everything that you need(market, pharmacy, panineria) and it is super close to the city center(10 min walk). The accomodation is equipped with everything and is really clean and nice. The host is amazingly kind as it gave us a lot of indications and recommendations in order for us to have a beautiful stay and was always available for our needs and questions. We totally recommend it!!!

Giuseppe the host was amazing & supportive. When we had water issues, caused by the local council, he provided emergency water and continually checked on us. Our flight out was cancelled and he allowed us to stay an extra night and organised his father to drive us to the bus station. Provided local fruit and muffins on arrival. Very tasty. Gave useful advice on local attractions.

Our first impression of the neighbourhood was a bit unfavorable. But once you get used to the locals and how things go in Catania, we enjoyed the incredible community feel. Catania is a very unique city of contrasts. If you have any mobility issues, the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs. It wasn't an issue for us, but we think it is worth mentioning.

We had the best stay ever in the Giuseppe’s place during our vacation in Catania, we really enjoyed it and it had everything we needed. It was comfortable and beautiful. We would totally recommend it if you are coming to Catania. It is located in the safe area and is very close to all the attractions and you will be able to walk everywhere. I have to mention that our host Giuseppe was wonderful and kind, he helped us out about everything and was always available for any kind of questions or recommendations. One last thing, because we were staying during the summer I have to mention that it was pretty hot outside, but AC worked perfectly in the apartment. All the best!

We spent 3 nights in June 2023! Excellent location! Within walking distance from all the monuments, bars, caffe of the city centre. Safe area to move around on foot even late at night. Bakery, pharmacy and everything you need can be found across the street! A little noisy street but super central and convenient. The host was super responsive and helpful in our message communication. He answered all our questions and catered for all our queries. He was waiting for us to arrive and gave us a warm welcome. He was particularly helpful with check in and check out time! The apartment was very clean, super cosy with smart attic and lovely vintage floor and ceiling. There were some fruits, sweets and coffee there for us upon arrival. The bed was extra large and super comfortable! The sofa was also big and confy. We also found free place to park the car we rent in the nearby narrow streets all the days we stayed there. We would definitely recommend it to people who want to explore the center on foot!

The location is very good, you can reach everything very quickly. The host very kind and helplful. The orange and coffee was very tasty. I recommend the apartment for everybody.
