Rome, Beautiful Apartment in a Vintage Building

Everything! It was beautiful, had great choices for food, plus a beach within easy walking distance. The staff member who met us on arrival (Higinia), was very helpful and friendly. The view from the terrace - incredible! We will be back!

Why is all the toilet paper in Rome so scratchy?

The apartment has a wonderful large terrace. However Lido di Ostia seafront is pretty shabby.

This was once - perhaps in the 1970s - an upscale Italian designer apartment. Since then it has deteriorated and become rather tacky. with love and attention and a new bathroom and new comfortable beds, it could be smart again.

They need better patio furniture or more seats on patio. More towels.

Fantastic location with restaurants and cafes steps away. The apartment was very clean and provided all necessary amenities needed. Very smooth process and would more than happily recommend and stay again.

Such a lovely apartment right on the main restaurant strip by the beach. A lovely balcony to see the nightlife. A great kitchen for meals. A short 30 min ride to get to Rome and see the sights.

There is some work to update the apartment ongoing, which will be lovely once completed. There is some noise from nightlife downstairs, but we thought that was great. Also some noise from garbage collection along that same street in morning, but it didnt disturb us much

Very central location and close to beach. Apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. Air conditioning and large terrace were great.

Only a few small things. Screen on door to terrace kept slipping off. The shared use of courtyard by restaurant next door meant gate was often open for staff to move things. Electrics tripped when using small appliances. Was a bit noisy at night in main bedroom.
