"Disappointed, disgusted and defrauded"

We arrived at 18.00 could not access the key safe Took 20mins trying to contact the host To be told the booking was cancelled and we could not stay there, this was booked 6 months ago.

The customer service and the fact we were left with no where to stay An alternative was offered 20miles away, totally unacceptable and poor in every way
