"Ok… but won’t be staying again… watch out for the “Security Deposit”"

The property was clean, and in a reasonable condition

Be warned of the Security Deposit, after booking I was made aware of a £300 charge for damages (and not a holding charge the money is actually taken) , which is supposed to be refunded within 14days after the stay, I checked out two days ago and have just found out that an inspection has not been carried out yet and so currently a refund has not be processed…. Never have I had this at any properties in the past, and how this can be taken and not refunded promptly is beyond me. To sum up… seems a bit of a scam!
