Private Luxury Villa with Pool in Kaş Peninsula

Great views of the sea. Clean and well equipped.

The property is advertised as having a private pool. This is true in that people can’t just walk off the street and use it. But it is actually shared with other units on the site. Moreover, it is adjacent to another villa so you need to walk through the gardens to get to it. If we had realised it was a shared pool we wouldn’t have booked. There is an appartment in the basement of the house that is occupied. This was not a direct problem but you were aware that there were other people on the premises. The beach is not a beach it’s rocks from which you can access the sea. This is common in this area. It is quite a long walk down and a long very steep walk back. Again not an issue for us but it would be for some. There was no information pack at the property. As a result we didn’t know where to put trash other than in a small bin at the side of the house. We eventually learned (on the last day of our stay) that it should be placed in a roadside bin that is about 300m away.

A very comfortable villa, with exceptional views. Easy access to town via the shuttle bus, pool beautiful and good access to the sea.
