Rosehill Barn -a tranquil rural barn conversion

Location was good very quiet and barn tastefully decorated with lots of thought into providing everything necessary. Jane was lovely very helpful and very welcoming.

Duvet was rather heavy and although mattress was very comfortable we didn’t sleep that well due to duvet. Felt a little confined due to lack of windows.

Beautiful small barn conversion in lovely settings. Very well kitted out with everything thought of. Quiet and private, it is very clean and comfortable. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and lovely linen and furnishings. It was a shame we only stayed the one night. Jane was super friendly and very personable. Highly recommended

The lead up to getting there we had an email with some great heads up about the journey there, with some very helpful directions! Perfect timing regarding collecting the keys, she came out to turn the lights on for us as we pulled up, showed us through to the front door and gave us a little tour through the flat. Jane left a booklet with the wifi and information about the property (including how to use some of the appliances!) very accessibly on the table. We were also left some really good mince pies, the place was decorated with some amazing festive decorations. There was a collection of dvds we could watch, access to a smart tv (so we could also use disney/netflix if wanted), a little book swap in the bedroom! Lots of extra blankets and pillows if needed, the bed was super comfortable. The whole inside was very warm and cosy and I genuinely don't think it could have been any better. The garden was absolutely amazing, we brought our cat (they're pet friendly!!) And we took him out for little walks, which was his first time on grass and he loved it! There is so much to admire on this property, it felt so homey and it's definitely one of those places you dream of having in your life.

Beautifully decorated cottage, every detail was thought about. The kitchenette was so clever, the lighting throughout tastefully done and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved that it had enough heating, even in a cold December day we were not ever cold. Jane was friendly and welcoming. She was happy to make recommendations about the local area, which was very helpful. We really appreciated the little Christmas tree and mince pies.

Jane was extremely welcoming, accommodating and warm. The place has been put together with so much good taste to the smallest detail, I am genuinly in awe. The yard is stunning, the property is remote, exactly what it's needed to recharge your batteries. Can't recommend enough!

Absolutely everything. It's not often we have found such a place that actually welcomes dogs. Treats and blankets were provided for them ,even the local pub/restaurant allowed them in. We were also left essentials (milk, coffee etc and spare toiletries if needed .This a beautiful stay to unwind .

Beautiful cosy cottage with lovely gardens. Tranquil setting surrounded by gorgeous rolling hills, stunning countryside.

Quiet, cosy, and comfortable. In a beautiful location. Had everything we needed for a short stay but could easily have stayed longer. Lovely comfy bed and the perfect spot for seeing the stars at night.

The property is very rural, not a problem for us but if you don't like driving windy single track roads then it won't be for you.

Everything was just perfect. Especially the Garden was a dream…
