Stunning 3 Bedroom Period City Centre Apartment

Location was excellent, overlooking beautiful square.

There was an £80 cleaning charge on top of the price as quoted on booking.com, plus a £30 insurance charge. So this added over £100 to the price for 4 nights

Location was excellent, close to many bars and restaurants and tourist attractions.

The downside to being located in the city centre was that it was very loud. Could do with secondary glazing and working blinds.

1 bathroom for a unit which potentially sleeps 6 or 7 people is not enough. Check in time of 4 pm and check out at 10 very unreasonable. Constant e mailing urging me to take additional insurance for potential property damage was not appreciated.

The room needed better storage and hangers for coats etc. The single toilet needs repairing as the cistern refills very slowly. There is clearly a fault.

Location. Great heating.

No bin in the bathroom ( where do we put female products? ) . Dishwasher had not been emptied. Fag butts on window ledge. No soundproofing. Not enough water glasses. Lounge rug was a trip hazard. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable.

Each room should have had a bin, not enough toilet paper and no recycling bin, there was a lot of dust on the floors, vinyl and carpet.

We enjoyed our stay at this property overall. The location was excellent - within walking distance to all the main attractions, which was very convenient for our group. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring we had good rest each night. There was some noise from outside, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Despite these small issues, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for its great location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive host.

There were a couple of areas for improvement. The cooking equipment provided were not sufficient for us to prepare meals. It would be helpful if the host could provide more kitchenware for guests who plan to cook. Additionally, we noticed that the bathtub water drained slowly, which was a minor inconvenience.
