Very nice location. Great swimming pool with weekly service and cleaning robot. Fantastic view over the Le Marin bay.

Unfortunately the maintenance of the building is not the best. Air conditioning in the living room did not work. We did not feel at ease to use the dependance room at the pool as on the second day of our stay we noticed the presence of a small mouse. The owners are aware of the problem as some new mouse traps were supplied upon our arrival. The entrance gate at the car parking gets very often stuck.
