Spacious & Cozy Downtown Apartment with Balcony

Well situated in Pest, not far from the Parliament Building and about 10–15 minutes’ walk to cafés and restaurants. The apartment is very large—two of the bedrooms are over 40 m²—making it perfect for groups of 8–10 people. It is generally quiet, with two bathrooms (one with a hot tub, the other with a shower) and a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was easy via Booking.com and WhatsApp, and they kindly allowed a late checkout. Just be aware that the door code expires around 10–11 AM, so you’ll need to request remote access if checking out later.

A few downsides: the building itself is a bit run-down, there was a bad smell in the shower room (which improved after opening the window), and the third bedroom has narrow beds and faces a courtyard that can be noisy if neighbors are outside. But overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this apartment.

my bed was not comfortable - in the bedroom with 2 beds, it is like laying on springs. pillows on that bed were not good. some spiderwebs on the walls/ceilings but otherwise was cleaned well. there was not enough toilete paper.

The apartment with balcony :) is very nice. Very nicely furnished and equipped. It was exactly as described. Very good location. Punctual transfer, comfortable minibus. We had a great time. Definitely a good accommodation in Budapest

Location is perfect, super cozy apartment, enough space even for 14 people to stay. Comfortable clean beds, self check in. Two toilets, shower, bath.

Cleanliness could be better as we found a lot of house moss. No free parking. No lock in toilets and bath.

One bathroom smells horrible, very bad pillows, didn’t find how to operate heaters in the rooms, burned out lights, building has absolutely non maintenance….substandard experience.
