Overall stay 10/10. All services were excellent. Staff was very helping.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond our expectations especially Mesbah who tried to take care of us in every possible way. He really made us feel at home which we are very grateful for.

The location was amazing. E-7 is so central, but this location was off on a side street, so quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was relatively quick. Whilst our rooms were downstairs in the basement, since the room opened into the backyard, it didn't have the typical smell associated with basements in Islamabad. We've lived in a semi-ground downstairs portion in Islamabad for many years, so I know what I'm talking about. The décor and the theme was just so different from typical guesthouses in Islamabad - what a pleasant esthetic - loved it!

The approach to the property. Initially, it seemed like the premises was shared between the owners living upstairs, and short let guests downstairs. The entrance was not well marked, so I ended up trying to push into what was the staff resting room, later realizing that the entrance was from inside the porch. Parking was slightly ill-organized and could have been better.

I loved the comfy and clean rooms. Location is great. Staff was exceptionally helpful.
