Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und erfüllt alle technischen und praktischen Anforderungen. Nicht verstanden habe ich die nicht 100 % positive Bewertung des Wifi von früheren Reviews, weshalb ich mir bei der Buchung erwartet habe von der Universität arbeiten zu müssen. Hier wurde ich sehr positiv überrascht, dieses funktioniert einwandfrei. Zudem ist das Apartment in sehr praktischer Distanz zur Universität gelegen und der Fußweg in die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls nicht sehr weit. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und ich habe mich hier ganz besonders wohlgefühlt.

Alles war 100% positiv, es gibt nichts an dem Apartment oder dem Service rundherum auszusetzen.

I travel all over the world for work and this apartment is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. It looks NOTHING like in the pictures. I was SHOCKED upon my arrival and checked out the following day. I got a refund for 2 nights only which should have been 3. My reservation was 4 nights but I stayed 1 night. I would have checked out sooner but I arrived later than anticipated. The carpet in the bedroom was FLITHY and stank, it had old staines. I told the landlord and he pretended he was unaware. Really??? Those staines are not new! The ‘bed’ is basically a worn out old mattress on the floor with old (maybe not even clean) beddings. So it was like sleeping on a mattress on a dirty carpet. Old worn towels. The nice blind in the pictures was old and broken in real life and it could not be adjusted. Cheap decor, cheap blinds in the living room. Very noisy from the street when people passed the apartment. Cheap second hand furniture, one of the many recycling bins in the apartment had not been emptied. No closet to hang the clothes but instead a cheap unstable clothes rack which I found in a back room which had a horrific smell. The entire apartment had a bad strange smell and the cleaning was lacking. This property has 9 excellent reviews with no comments. I suspect they are fake. I ran out of the screaming. This apartment should not even be on Booking.

Good location. Features everything one needs for a short stay. Communication is excellent.

The flat smells of mould, and the air is musty. The carpet in the bedroom is stained, it needs doing up or replacing. The front door lock is a bit fiddly, took me a day to work it out. One needs to pull or push it slightly to unlock/lock the door. There was only one towel provided.

Loved the place! Everything was very clean, and we were really happy with our stay. 10/10 recommendation. Great location, about a 20-minute walk to the city centre through a beautiful park. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely come again and stay here for sure 😊

Great location, Luke was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. Was perfect for the 3 days we stayed
