Encantador departamento en el corazón de La Paz

Me gustó que estaba apartado del malecón ya que buscábamos descansar y no tener ruido y así fue

Son varios departamentos y hay gente que NO respeta y la primera noche no dormimos porque se quedaron hasta la madrugada en la alberca Pero fue solo esa noche las otras 3 dormimos muy agusto

Location was an easy 10 min walk to the waterfront, fantastically located in a neighborhood with everything you need minus the crowd. Would recommend the nearby coffee shop (La Nebulosa), paleta/ice cream shop (on 5 de Mayo at crossing of Guillermo Prieto, paletas + pool at the complex are a great combo), and tacos (Taqueria Los Prietos for non-seafood, Tacos De Pescado El Estadio for seafood). They clean the area around the pool every day and provide pool towels in the apartment. The 2 pools have slightly different temperature, and the pool shower is great. Wifi reaches all the way to the pool but is separate for each apartment, so bandwidth was good. We appreciated having 2 bedrooms and kitchen for a lower cost than being at a hotel. We had expected a terrace based on the Booking description at the time, but unfortunately the terraces are only for the top-floor apartments. When we brought up the mistake in the description, the hosts kindly gave us access to the rooftop terrace on a night when the top floor was empty, and also let us cancel our last night so that we could wander elsewhere to get that experience. Each bedroom and the living room have AC, so it's easy to control the temperature in different spaces. The hosts/management are very responsive over the Booking chat when we had questions!

Overall it was great, so this is just details: shower water pressure was not great, and the motion detector to exit the front gate only worked once every 5-10 swipes, so we used the key to get in/out of the complex. Door code for the apartment worked great.

El depa está perfectamente equipado. Los colchones y almohadas excelentes.

La zona de la alberca está super resbalosa

Apartamento muy lindo y cómodo, buenas camas, con lo necesario en la cocina, muy bien dotado. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, pero cómodas cuando llegas del mar y parqueadero por cada apartamento. Está en una zona tranquila pero céntrica, entonces se duerme bien, aunque que las luces de afuera no se apagan

Muy impersonal la atención, sólo atienden por el chat de Booking, y no te dan ninguna recomendación o ayuda relacionada con la zona. Si tienes algún inconveniente no hay a quién acudir, es una unidad cerrada sola. El sistema del parqueadero presenta problemas y la puerta no cierra a veces, pero no hay como reportar porque nadie atiende.

Very nice & new unit. The unit has everything you might need, including a full kitchen. The bathroom is well designed and is equipped with soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc... There are three a/c units and keep the unit very comfortable. The building security is very good with a gate for the building and parking. I would highly recommend this place.

Not really a complaint, but you should be aware that the outside of the unit is lighted all night and some light bleeds inside. Also, the a/c units have a temp display that can be annoying if you like a dark room.
