Villa Elia Kavala - Mediterranean Holiday Villa

Everything was perfect

First of all, here is a correction to make: - the address of the villa on the site is incorrect. the address of the villa on the site is presented in Palio 'route melina Merkouri' while the physical address of the villa is Mitropoulou street which is perpendicular to this road. This concrete street Mitropoulou is very narrow (width of a car) and the steep climb to the villa is difficult. - At the top of the hill, impossible to see a villa name on a gate. As a gate was open, we entered it and it was indeed the villa. I recommend putting a plaque with the clearly legible name of the villa. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. The villa is clean.

There are a few negative points: Despite abundant dishes and kitchen utensils, there is no saucepan! Impossible to cook pasta. For the washing machine, no instructions in English. What is annoying is that the inscriptions on the machine are in Greek, so they are difficult to decipher for French/English speakers. The most annoying thing was that the toilets were regularly clogged from the first day of our stay. We fought against this problem by buying special product but without success. That is why we are removing two points for the evaluation.

Our summer holiday in Palio, Kavala was unforgettable, thanks in large part to our beautiful villa Elia. The property was spacious and well-appointed, with a stunning garden and breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the beach and local restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Greek getaway.

We loved absolutely everything, especially the view and the garden! It is a great stay for couples and families with kids. The property is equipped with everything you need, so you don't have to bring or buy lots of stuff. The owner of the house was really nice and kind! I absolutely recommend this property and if I'll travel again in Kavala, for sure i will stay at Villa Elia one more time.
