Very helpful owner, helped set us up nice. Having a key and log in code made moving around easier for my group with different schedules

The apartment manager, Adita, was helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout our stay, and he did her best to help with any concerns we had. The location is nice if you prefer staying away from the busy centre of Marrakesh, near the university in the north of the city. It was easy to get an InDrive taxi, and the journey into the centre took around 15 minutes. There are also local buses available nearby. The apartment is good value especially for larger groups, as there are plenty of beds, and for up to six people it feels like good value for the space you get. There are also several good places to eat within a short walk, ranging from simple options to more gourmet choices. We particularly enjoyed Smok'y Bill for a camel burger and Kesh Waffles for dessert.

The main downside is that the apartment was extremely cold during winter, both daytime and night. After staying here, I personally developed a cold, and other guests did as well. Despite Adita providing extra blankets and trying to help, the lack of proper heating made it uncomfortable, and I would not recommend staying here in winter unless heaters are installed or the air conditioning is upgraded to provide heat. We all had to sleep at night with multiple blankets, jumpers and hats. The sheets were also a bit scratchy compared to the softer bedding found in most apartments and hotels, which affected comfort slightly. Additionally, the bathrooms are wet-room style, and without proper drainage tools the floor remains wet long after showering, which can be inconvenient when the apartment is full. However this is common in Morocco. Just something to be aware of. A few small improvements here would make a big difference overall. And in the summer time I'm sure this would be a great place to stay. And it would be hit enough to enjoy the pool also.

L’appartement est grand ,le personnel sympathique

Il faut une voiture, assez excentré, 2 eme étage sans ascenseur,les lits n’ont pas de draps de dessus, et les matelas sont à changer compliqué pour dormir, très peu de couverts pour manger et cuisiner , dommage car beaucoup de potentiel , un peu plus de ménage ne ferait pas de mal non plus

Very spacious and clean appartement host was very nice and friendly and helped us with all the information we needed. Close to the center and a lot of food places near by. Worthy for the price

Het huis is mooi en groot, fijne ligging ook. Leuke Siamese kat voor de deur.. echt een schatje!

Het leek niet schoongemaakt plus het zwembad was vies en het terras zat vol met vogelpoep. Toen we dit aangaven kwam er iemand het schoonmaken, maar er was geen stofzuiger ofzo dus we zagen nauwelijks verschil. Alleen het zwembad was iets schoner.

It is a spacious apartment.

It wasn't comfortable nor luxury as advertised. Very misleading. It was very cold. There is no heating and water wasn't hot. My husband and I fell ill under these conditions. The place wasn't clean, I had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The host wasn't very accommodating either.

Locatie was fijn. Centraal gelegen voldoende winkels en eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. De host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
