location good ,key safe hard to find could be next to door like all the others.Also bit of a cop out by failing to provide teabags or milk, bread,cereal.[due to allegeries -please, stayed at plenty of places all provide these.I had to ask a relative to go into property to provide these basics which was a bit much to expect.Description of providing 2 toilet rolls asan extra!!!!!?

"Wonderful Apartment and facilities!! 10/10"

Simply superb!! Lovely clean modern apartment, close to the centre (15 min walk or easy bus). Our host Joe was friendly, responsive and very helpful, top man. Great wifi, comfy beds and sofa, excellent tv and quiet location. We are poor sleepers but got plenty of rest here! Also just down the road is Allens tours, who run day trips to Giants Causeway which was very useful and a great day out! Check in/out well explained and no problem. Clean towels and bathroom. Everything you need really for a great break, I cannot fault the host or apartment. Even the missis was happy!! Very much hope to stay again. 10/10 thank you

"Great spot for a Belfast visit"

Easy to find as we were driving. Easy to walk into city centre. Apartment has terrific appliances and is very comfortable with a great kitchen set up. Easy walk to good food and pubs.

"Ground floor apartment good value."

Good location and staff support. Washing machine was good. Quiet, easy parking,

Didn't prefer ground floor place. Limited toilet paper, had to buy our own. No way to open windows for air.

The apartment was gorgeous and cosy, we enjoyed the stay.The extra snacks were a nice touch.

The area however isn't very welcoming,as we were told that" southern Irish accents shouldn't stay in this side of Belfast", by two taxi drivers.which ruined how we're were intending to explore the area.
