USMy wife and I enjoyed the 'Cozy Sanctuary' for a long weekend in Tampa, to enjoy the warm weather (we flew down from Massachusetts) and watch the Patriots play the Buccaneers. The location was perfect -- so close to the stadium, the airport and the city of Tampa. We didn't spend hours driving around. Everything was very close and easy to access. The pictures posted in Booking.com do not do justice to the 'Cozy Sanctuary'. Although the pictures display a charming home with lots of welcome amenities, everything was even nicer when we experienced it for ourselves. We enjoyed the outside pergola for morning coffee and evening dinner, and the house was equipped with more than everything we needed to make our stay a stress-free, comfortable one. In addition, the responsiveness of the host(s) was exceptional! I rec'd responses to my inquiries almost immediately and we experienced no problems or issues. It was a perfect long-weekend. We would come back here again -- I wouldn't even bother looking for other options. The 'Cozy Sanctuary' was great. Many thanks :-)

USLocation is near many conveniences, laundry on-site, beds comfortable. Essentials were provided to us like toiletries and cookware. AC worked well. Desk in bedroom allowed for remote work, along with excellent WiFi.
Some dog hair (?) in bathroom and bedroom rugs, not a problem for me personally but my spouse who traveled with me is allergic. One of the smaller bedrooms had a rug that curled up and was a trip hazard for my elderly mother-in-law, this required me to use painter’s tape to tape down the curled edges. Ice maker nonfunctional, so we bought an ice tray.
USOur family of 4 (and 2 dogs!) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimberley’s property. The decor is really fun, the house is spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Would totally recommend!
DEDie Raumaufteilung ist super. Zudem zwei Bäder - Top! Alles ist lichtdurchflutet und wirkt dadurch sehr einladend. Auch, dass eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden sind, fanden wir toll. Und der Kicker und die Popcornmaschine kamen natürlich bei den Kindern sehr gut an! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Danke nochmals für die nette Begrüßung mit den selbst gemachten Cookies 🙂
Lediglich ein Polster im Essbereich könnte erneuert werden. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau! Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

USI have nothing bad to say about my stay. The host was very attentive and sweet. The house was nicely decorated with lots of indoor activities. I felt at home and at peace from the moment I arrived. I would love it so much that I will most likely book that property for my next trip to Tampa.

USThe house was nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but it was easy to get to both downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg and the beaches.
