Sagelands Apartment

The location was convenient and comfortable. The flat was clean and looked like the pictures inside. The host was friendly and accommodating to our changes.

Unfortunately, the post did not mention the stairs to get to the property. With older parents, this information would have been helpful. The pool was not usable during our stay, and the property had 2 dogs that were friendly but made it awkward when using Uber, as they would get aggressive in the evenings when walking to the main gate. The deposit also took 7 working days to be returned.

I always prefer meeting the owners of the facility and Lisa was amazing. She was super friendly and very keen to help us settle in

Nothing. It was a short holiday for my mom in law who is very old and she battled a bit with the stairs but we will definitely go back again as we were fine and will most definately go back for work and holiday

The bed was comfortable. There are face cloths there that can be used for removing make up Or if you forgot yours at home. The kitchen is loaded will all sorts of utensils! And the kitchen is really huge so it accommodates large groups.

We did not know that we will clean the place- largely our fault! But I think that would have been a good reminder. Also, the en suite shower was not so good in draining the water. But, do report these things and you will get the necessary assistance! We did not use the bath tub though in the en suite. It did not look very clean. It was a shame to see the pool no swim friendly.

Everything, is that weird? I loved every little thing, I left happy and wanting to stay longer. I also fell in love with the dogs😍😍🥹🥹 I’m not a dog person but those dogs are just cute and amazing.

We liked how spacious it was, it was so clean, we really liked the shower alot.

We would have liked for the fridge to be a bit bigger.

If you're craving space instead of a cramped hotel room, for the same or even better price as a standard hotel room, this place is phenomenal. Add impeccably clean, beautifully, and comfortably furnished, and a veranda with a view of the water. And then you have Lisa and Nick who are so warm and genuine about your comfort and providing any help or answering any questions. I've stayed here twice. The last time 3 or 4 weeks. I lost track because I was enjoying it so much. There are many places to eat within a couple of blocks. ATMs half a block away. Very comfortable neighborhood. You're able to let yourself in and out through the gate which I consider a big plus. Rather than having to wait for someone to open it. There's a mall within easy walking distance with a grocery store. A relaxed, lovely place.

Sagelands truly shines as a family-friendly destination. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring everyone had their own comfort. We enjoyed the pool,it was a little green after the rains but the owner made efforts to correct it.The accommodation is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore Durban’s attractions.

WiFi was not accessible in all areas of the house.
