Broughton Street Bungalow - Steps to Everything

It was alright. Looked nice enough.

There was a BAR/NIGHTCLUB NEXTDOOR. The MUSIC WAS SO LOUD, it felt like there was a DJ IN THE LIVING ROOM & BEDROOM!! The property owner DID NOT TELL US IN ADVANCE!! SLEEPING WAS IMPOSSIBLE!! We ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT BECAUSE OF THIS AND, when we talked to them, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY!!!

great space for 3 friends. The place was fun and in a very walkable location.

the Club across the street played very loud music until 3am and ear plugs don’t help so if you’re trying to get sleep before that or just enjoy a quiet night in the condo you’re going to ge hearing loud music all night

This was a great condo in a fantastic neighborhood.. It was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable to hang out in. The owner was highly responsive. Anytime we communicated with her and she was kind enough to let us check in early so we could drop our luggage and start exploring the beautiful city

The only downside is the noise from the back alley outside the windows in the main bedroom and living room. Even though the apartment is on the third floor and the windows were closed, we heard lots of talking and laughter at night - up until about 1 AM - from people hanging out from a local bar. In addition, you can hear the garbage truck and other delivery trucks going through the alley starting at 4:30 AM. I realize the noise is not the fault of the owner, but I just want other renters to be aware. The owners did leave new earplugs in the main bedroom, but they didn’t help us much. FYI- Our friends staying in the other two bedrooms didn’t hear a thing.

Everything was amazing, the place, the location and facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The lock to the unit was difficult for the older members of our party.

This condo is so adorable. It has all the extra amenities throughout the condo like bathroom spray, a Bluetooth speaker, snacks, ear plugs by all the beds and more! The house also smelt amazing when entering (very nice touch!) and the location was everything! So many fun places within those couple of blocks around the condo.

Towels/rags did have a musty smell about them but we were there during Hurricane Helene so the air overall was very humid.

A great spot to stay when visiting Savannah. Close to the center of the action but fairly quiet. Highly recommend
