It was clean
It was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) we put the heating on whilst we went out but when we came back it was still cold. The place never warmed up and was very cold. Also the local area had a lot of litter around.

Big and spacious property, easy access to public transport (bus at the end of the street). About 5-10 mins on the bus to get into Newcastle city centre or you could walk for about 25 mins. Really clean and ample facilities.

Very helpful staff when I couldn't get they key. The flat was clean and tidy. Great instructions for the WiFi and other useful products. 2 large bedrooms and beds were comfortable.
The neighbours were very noisy with children running around and screaming gone midnight. The light switch for the living room needs looking at. We took a while to locate it and being only 5ft as you can imagine we struggled. The shower was only luke warm not hot enough for me but might be ok for other.

Property was immaculate! So clean and the host left us brand new bottles of water in the fridge along with coffee and tea for the morning. Great communication from the host too.
