It smelt fresh

Walking through a filthy messy private property that reeked of cooing food, to then walk through a garden that was uncared for and full of rubbish such as old sofas

The idea of it but in reality nothing

The property was dirty, unsafe with electrical sockets sellotaped to the wall, the carpet was dirty and coming away from the top step, the games table was completely broken and very unsafe nearly trapping children’s fingers. There was broken furniture and missing flooring in the basement. The property had extreme smell of damp, causing our child with asthma to struggle to breath, resulting in us having to leave and find alternative accommodation within an hour and half of arriving. There wasn’t a fire alarm or carbon monoxide alarm fitted and there was missing light fittings and light fittings hanging down from the ceiling. Totally unsafe and not as advertised.

Access to the annexe is via someone's home and you can see them.sleeping in their beds.as you let yourself in and walk through, no one greets you guides you or explains the bizarre set up to you. It's like a commune. The annexe is filthy, unsafe and dangerous. Mould, cobwebs, grime. Carpet unsecured at top of stairs, cellotape holding electrical sockets to the walls, broken chairs with exposed metal, furniture broken, beds filthy, bathroom disgusting, bleach and elbow grease would go along way here, cigarette ends on floor at front on annexe, questionable marks and stains everywhere....

Plenty of room to sleep and a good basement with big screen for entertainment.

Need a bigger sitting area in the basement. And maybe an easier enterence to the property, felt like we were intruding a little in the family home and their privacy, walking through the main house.
