"Great value for money, especially for a ski resort apartment"

Awesome host, replying quickly and always ready to help. Super friendly and supportive staff at the reception. Nice area - close to the gondola, but relatively quiet (no loud music from bars; I slept very well with earplugs). Kitchen with everything necessary for cooking and reheating meals. Plenty of outlets in the apartment.

Weak water pressure in the shower during peak hours (right before and right after the lifts open), the kitchen faucet shuts off by itself, and there’s a slight draft from the window. This isn’t a 5-star hotel, so you should be prepared for these minor issues (most apartments usually have them), which don’t significantly affect the overall experience and are far outweighed by the advantages of these great apartments.

"Day trip To Gudauri"

Great host, very responsive, and allowed check in way before check in time. Location is superb - 100m to main ski lifts, lots of food and ski rental options. property also has a ski depo for ease of storage, as well as storage room where you can leave your bags after check out, which was very handy.

The apartment is a bit run down, many thing needed refurbishment, including bathroom and furniture. Does not feel modern, and cozy.
