Very clean and cosy. Near to main attractions of Siena.Maybe a large TV could be the next investment of owner.

For people having motion problems it is not a good choice. This apartment has circular stairs to acces living and bedrooms.

Ladyhouse is beautiful, really clean with comfortable bed while in the perfect location. Near everything depending your needs either food or drinks.

Located in the city center close to many activities.

Nice host, but just a bit hard to get in touch with them. Lovely, clean, well equiped home with good location and view.

Can't park in the area (10-15 minutes walk from big parking areas), No seperate bathroom upstairs with the rooms. There's one big bathroom upstairs opening from the main bedroom. But the guests in the other bedroom need to use the second bedroom downstairs.

A very well presented and appointed apartment close to the main hub of Sienna. Some thought has gone into the wiring of the apartment which made it easy to use. It has everything you need.

These are not complaints although a little frustrating. The practicality of this apartment needs to be highlighted. First, it is located on the intersection of a busy street. It is very noisy and there is a constant traffic drone from trucks, cars and motorbikes slowing for the intersection and then revving up to go around the corner. This goes on from 5am through to 2am. The people also past all day and night and can be clearly heard speaking, some at 4am shouting very loudly. To top this off drum practice starts at 5:30 pm for an hour everyday except when its raining and it is very loud. Some double glazing would not go astray. People and dogs pee on the street below. Second, the apartment is on 6 levels and between the ground floor/lounge and lounge/bedroom one are two very steep spiral steps. They are narrow and hauling luggage up them is hard work. If you have mobility issues then you need to take this into account. Next, the kitchen is very well appointed, but it is very tiny. There is enough room to put down two plates but other than this there is no room to prepare even the simplest of meals. Great to have a washer and dryer but the doors open into a narrow walkway in the second bathroom and you can't get past them so you have to step into the second shower before you can open the doors and get your clothes in and out of them. The aircon makes a very loud buzzer noise after about 5 minutes and then it buzzes when the motor cuts in every couple of minutes. No good for sleeping when its hot. The TVs are outdated. There are hundreds of channels but none speak English. All the other apartments we have been to have provided Netflix and one also Prime Video. TVs need to be upgraded. The bed is hard and the pillows are flat. You do your own laundry as it is 30 Euros for someone to come in and change the sheets. Don't get me wrong its still a nice place to stay.
