Riverfront 1BD Old Town Apartment by Hostlovers

Vieta, apartamentai, viskas buvo be priekaištų. Didžiausios pagyros skrieja šeimininkui. Vaikas paliko savo mėgstamą žaislą, o šeimininkas atrado laiko mums surasti jį ir išsiųsti paštomatu! Retas, kuris šiais laikais būtų toks supratingas!

The location is wonderful. Located a short walk to the Main Street of Old Town, on the river, and a short walk to a lovely riverside park. Two good big grocery stores 10-15 min walk away. Lots of restaurants in the area. There would no need to have a car to get around. The kitchen has newer appliances, that work well. The living room furniture was fairly comfortable. The shower was good. The view from the living room and bedroom windows was very nice. The neighborhood and building was very quiet. There were no wineglasses, but after asking for some 4 were delivered.

Cleaning was an issue. The kitchen and bedroom ceilings had many spiderwebs with many spiders on them where the ceilings met the walls, as well as on the balcony. I spent the first 20 minutes removing these. The shower toiletries consist of hand gel only in the shower, no shampoo. The ceiling fan in the bathroom would not turn off, and despite informing our hosts, nothing was done to fix it. The stove top is induction, but the frying pans were not. The host bought us a new one the second day we were there. All of the windows were quite dirty on the exterior side. There were no utensils for cooking, and one of the cutting knives had a broken handle. There is a Nespresso machine, but no pods. There were some stale tea bags, sugar, and ground coffee but no other supplies. No dishwasher or laundry pods were provided. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress is fine, but the frame of the bed is broken. The supports in the middle of the frame are all broken, so the mattress slopes to the middle of the bed, and appears to have been broken for some time. I seem to be complaining a lot, but this apartment could be a gem if these issues had been dealt with as it has fantastic potential.

Super lokalizacja w obrębie starego miasta tuż nad rzeką. Estetyczne nowe wnętrza. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.

Wentylator którego nie można było wyłączyć. Fajnie.

I cannot write it all here, location, location, location and the interior was perfect, recent reconstruction with every thing you would need and amenities set our very nicely, balcony was excellent with views of the river. Nice big TV. My shower at home is the exact same model, photos below help to write no so many words :)

I maybe dumb but I had no idea how to work the induction hob, some hotel style book with instructions/information would be excellent so an electric kettle would have been better for me. And I was also silly and left the flat to go down to the car and did not take the key, thinking it was like my door at home with a handle on the outside, so had to ring the owner for spare key. Many apologies for this, but another good item to mention for the book. Plus you can include a few leaflets on recommended places to eat and places to go. And 2 x simple outdoor chairs would be perfect.

Отличное место расположения, вид на реку, рядом все достопримечательности города.Квартир чистая, уютная, со всей необходимой мебелью и техникой.

Нет пульта от шлагбаума на парковке, надо всегда звонить хозяину. Это приносит неудобства, постоянно беспокоит хозяина апартаментов.
