Cozy Panorama Apartment next to the Buda Castle

The apartment was good with a good location, close to most attractions. Poorly maintained, not cleaned, bins full of garbage, sheets were not changed, we had to buy new ones from the store, the hostess did not answer any of our questions on WhatsApp from where she wanted to communicate. The sofa was all stained, used towels in the bathroom, the toilet was not cleaned, there is much more to write about this place.

Es war sehr verdreckt, viele winzige Glasscherben lagen in der Küche, überhaupt nicht staubgesaugt, Zigarettenkippen auf dem Balkon nicht aufgeräumt, altes wischwasser noch im Eimar im Bad, eher unhygienisch

Wszystko byl syf, pan co wynajmował pisal ze posprzata a bylo tak brudno ze sie az zle robilo. Mieliśmy byc na 15 poczym napisal zebysmy byli na 19 mial w tym czasie sprzatac, a podczac tych 4 godzin tylko wyswietlal wiadomosci i nie odpisywal, w mieszkaniu nie bylo posprzatane. Łazienka no tragiczna weszliśmy i co pierwsze sie rzucilo w oczy to byly cale we wlosach maszynki do golenia, caly brudny przycznic i szampon rozlewajacy sie po nim, w koszu znajdowal sie caly we kr.. tampon no przesada, wszedzie byl kurz i krew na łóżkach

We had one afternoon & one day in Budapest so when we arrived we sent a message asking if it was possible to get in before 3pm, as we were there early. no answer. 3pm came & we went back to wait in the building for the apartment number & code to get in. We were told we had to wait for it to be cleaned! I explained we had pre booked a river cruise & needed to get in the room to drop our luggage which is what we eventually did. Unfortunately as not actually allowed in still, we then forgot to get our gloves/ hats/ thermals out of the bags & due to the waiting around for the room we were last ones on the boat & had to stand outside on the roof ( it's January & -5° outside ) my son ended up with food poisoning & when we were allowed in the room there was no toilet paper..! The actual apartment was clean and spacious & although in a good location, I didn't like the fact it was in a dark gloomy building on the 3rd floor.

I felt quite annoyed by the inconvenience of coming & going, of having to wait for it to be cleaned when we had paid for the room from 3pm and then having to go and find a shop selling toilet paper...

1. It was not clean, and it smelled terrible.. The toilet door lock does not work, the bath door lock does not work.. The shower cabin door does not work.. dust everywhere..
