The location of the hotel and the size of the room.

No one was there to check us in. All was done electronically .we had a problem to get in and called for help to get the keys but Nicholas keep giving instructions via the iPhone!! Finally a guest helped us and showed us how to open the doors which was not easy. For 5 nights no one came to clean the room or empty the rubbish. We are told it will be done only when we leave . Do not advice anyone to stay more than two days as we see no one even when we contact them . Their reply is always negative.

Gorgeous apartment, good location from the centre, 24 mins from the station.

The bathroom was unfortunately very smelly due to sewage issue. We also found a few cockroaches. They tried to take care of the issue and hopefully this will be solved by the next booking! Also, the piazza view is lateral and not front but this is not a big deal.

Lokalizacja blisko placy gdzie jest sporo knajp. Dość dobrze się zwiedzało. Wogóle super miasto ale nie dotyczy to apartamentu ;) Wszystko mieliśmy, klima działała, duża lodówka do dyspozycji. Przystanek autobusowy na rogu co ułatwiło dostanie się z dworca kolejowego.

pralka nie działała. Specjalnie wziąłem apartament z pralką żeby sobie ubrania odświeżyć i się nie udało. Błąd odpływu wody. Brak deski do prasowania takiej normalej dużej. Na placu potrafi być trochę głośniej późnym wieczorem ale było to chyba tylko w środę. Tak to jest ok.

Amazing little apartment and was very cosy. Easy access to all of brescia and not too far from the station, 25 mins walk and a quicker bus. We loved everything here and it was exceptionally clean. Was lovely to have everything in the kitchen, no oven glove provided tho, and have amazing restaurants close by to dine. Extra bedding and towels were provided for the bed and the sofa bed if needed. Lots of storage and the wardrobe added extra convenience for hanging all of our holiday outfits. In the wardrobe there was also a highchair, cot, iron, and umbrellas which was a very nice extra and convenient for any guests needs.

The bar downstairs can cause some background sound at night, this was only on Friday and Saturday. The window shutters did dampen the noise and ofc this is no fault of the apartment or hosts. We could not close the bedroom shutter fully, which meant this wasn't as quietened in the bedroom. We did however spend most of our time out and were not kept up by said sound too long. Additionally, our bathroom hand wash was not filled. This caused us no issue and to credit the hosts, they messaged on our first day and asked if we had anything missing which we had missed.
