"it was good, just need cleaning and toiletries as the stay was long ,"

location good , breakast also good

we only had 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, and small shower gel, shampoo and hand lotion on the basin, no soap for the hands. asked for the room to be clean and replace toiletries, were told it will be done today and never happened. we did not like the way the receptionist was spoken to in front of us. not professional. it took long for us to receive the 2nd key. we were 4 people in the apartment and left it clean. the bins were never emptied for the whole week, we stayed there. but we really loved the place and the comforts. will come back, but will ensure these things are taken care of
