The location outside hectic tourist streets, wide terrace on the roof, well-equipped kitchen, new conditioners, no water issues.

The kitchen location was quite remote from the terrace and other leaving rooms. It was rather cold in the house at this period, so I’d prefer to have normal blankets instead of sheets and bed cover for sleeping. We needed to hear the sleeping rooms with the conditioners so perhaps utilized a lot of electricity.
