"Great house: homely and quiet, but only short walk to high street shops"

Super house, had absolutely everything you needed. Quiet road, but only a 5-7 min walk to the high street. Freeview TV also had apps such as Netflix (you can use your own Netflix account) BBC IPlayer, etc. And there is a garden to relax in when there’s good weather. Milk and bottle of wine in fridge on arrival much appreciated. Lovely owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Back bedroom French blinds didn’t quite close completely, so probably worth putting in an ordinary blackout blind in front of it to use at night so you don’t get woken too early by the light!

So comfortable, like home from home. All facilities we needed. Location was great ... Abergavenny has lots of shops, cafes, a market and a museum. Surrounding scenery lovely. Transport links to Brecon and Usk to enable us to complete the Usk Valley Walk
