La facilité de communication avec Federica. L'emplacement est très sympa, proche d'une plage.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une base épicerie (café, thé, huile, vinaigre...) Le matelas du grand lit n'est pas très confortable.

"Perfect place to stay in Lipari!"

Federica's house was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from the port, and right next to a lovely beach. The house was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space. Federica was also wonderful! She was very helpful and provided excellent instructions for checking in. Highly recommend!

"Great value, well-equipped, cosy place in a quiet location"

Federica's house was a great place to stay for a few days on Lipari. It's at the southern end of town in a quiet spot with a little beach just a few meters away. It's a bit of a walk from the ferry terminal (about 20 minutes with kids and luggage) but closer to the tour boat marina and there's a little supermarket just up the street. We did a bit of cooking while here and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. It was also spotlessly clean on arrival.

There's just a couple things to note here and I'll preface this by saying they wouldn't stop me coming back. The shower is quite small and a bit tricky for anyone moderately tall. Secondly, the bed was by no means firm. But I managed to sleep and get clean, and at this price, you really can't complain! It exceeded my expectations overall.
