Ho contattato la settimana scorsa il proprietario per avere delle informazioni in merito ai costi aggiuntivi per l’ingresso di un animale domestico. Non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta, se non la richiesta di pagamento alla nostra uscita dalla struttura. Lo trovo non molto corretto

Nulle

Senza riscaldamento tutta la notte, nessuno da poter contattare, self check-in no termostato. Ho dovuto dormire con 3 maglioni e la giacca. Il giorno dopo non si sono degnati neanche di rispondere. Pessimo servizio. Cattivo odore. Strumenti rotti in bagno. Prese elettriche mini senza possibilità di attaccare neanche una presw maggiore. Nessuna coperta extra per scaldarsi.
