NOTHING. We weren’t able to stay there because they are not ADA compliant and they never posted or advised there didn’t have accommodations for people with disabilities. My mother is 86 years old with a broken foot. They did not have any handrails, ramps or an elevator for us to utilize and get her up the 4 flights of stairs

Huge apartment, lovely view of the city.

The area is a little scetchy after dark

Nice place. Very clean. Comfortable. 6 double beds were more than we needed. 2 full bathrooms. Everything is in good condition. The location is good and bad at the same time. You can easily reach the union station using the streetcar which is free. But, on the other hand the neighborhood is not good.

The neighborhood is not very pleasant, especially at night. We stayed inside before the night. You can hear people shouting and we even saw a fight. But this is not the owner's fault. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so climbing the stairs can be challenging for some people. We didn't have any problem with this. I would say the apartment needs more furniture, but, on the other hand, the existing furniture is very nice.

Upon arriving to the building, parking was extremely limited. The neighborhood was noted to have several dilapidated buildings with bars on windows and doors. Several businesses depreciated. The neighborhood is in complete disparage. Upon entering the building it is noted to be clean, but is not handicapped accessible. We traveled with a toddler and an elderly male with health concerns and limited mobility whom requires a scooter. The four flights was very hard for him and his family to assist him. Upon entering the apartment, it is noted to be clean, however the blinds were broken, therefore there was no privacy in the main room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom continuously ran, making it difficult to sleep. The neighborhood did not feel safe, as several people wondered the street and several people exchanging money for items adjacent to the apartment building. Unfortunately, we had an uncomfortable experience with some individuals requiring assistance.

Easy to find, close to food and grocery places. Great facilities, have a lot of pantry stuffs which I can use.

Neighbors a bit noisy at late hours, hard to find available parking at times.

Great place. Loved the rooftop deck.

The location was a little sketchy. We just didn't go out at night. Also, parking can be tricky.

Super clean and spacious. Parking available right by the door/could see from the window of the property. Split level master suite was a bonus for a family.
