"I want a refund for my stay. No worth the money at all."

We didn't been offer any breakfast.

1. Access is way too hard, it wastes me 2 hours to get the app set up and get the kay and internet, parking settled. 2. The teapot is dirty and yucky and the is a cockroach in the room near the sofa. 3. The bed is in low quality. 4. It's not comfort at all. 5. the location is good.

"Passable"

Great locarion and airy living

The organization, you must to follow 8 steps to even get to in the room. You must download app that is only for USA but not for europe. Without it you dont have access into building. And they said they dont want to send me invoice. So i must pay all mony by myselt even i was there in the bussiness trip.

"The worst experience of my life."

Location in Houston Texas.

The person listing this property isn’t supposed to be on booking.com website. The person listing this property is supposed to be living in the unit. I was removed from the unit by the leasing staff because, I was illegally staying there which I had no knowledge of. Apartments aren’t sip spied to be listed as airbnb only hotels and houses. I was wondering why I had such a hard time getting the key to the unit. I had such a hard time getting room service and the other necessary items i needed to stay at this location. I’m having a hard time receiving a refund for this matter and it’s not fair. I’ve been a customer on booking.com for some time.

"Nice location but many issues"

The location and living was perfect

There were many issues about the vehicle registrations and time management to update the information, leafing to one of my guests car being towed! Even though it was registered and stated it was registered. Not one person was truly helpful to the situation and were told multiple times they didn’t have it in the system that the car was towed yet it was at the tow company. Also there were no paper towels, no wash cloths to bathe with, no trash bags, or cleaning supplies. If these weren’t included with the stay it should be mentioned so we as guests could make accommodations. Additionally, the tv’s weren’t working and somehow unable to connect period for some reason.
