USThe apartment was in a perfect location to walk to all of the attractions, museums, restaurants, and theaters in the center of the city. The apartment's location was perfect for us. The terrace was beautiful. The accommodations were excellent, and our host, Luigi, was always available to respond to any requests quickly and warmly. We stayed during late March and early April. The weather was unpredictable and we were very grateful for the AC and heating units in the apartment. We primarily used the heat.

DKExcellent location- right in the historic center, however, it is on a quiet street. Private parking free of charge is a big advantage Good space, all essential facilities. The owner has provide basic things such as towers, bed cloths, toilet paper, shampoo and soap, coffee and te, salt & pepper. This makes it really easy to settle down!

FIWe highly recommend this apartment. Fantastic location right in the historic district of Palermo. Rooftop terrace was magnificent and our host, Luigi was the best host we ever had. Very welcoming and service minded- more than we could ask for!

USThe host was helpful and responsive. Close to everything we wanted to do and more. Showers were hot, and air conditioning was awesome. Provided coffee and munchies. I would recommend staying here for my friends.
GBThis is a fantastic apartment to base yourself in Palermo. Right in the middle of town with a short walk to all the main attractions. There is ample space for six and the terrace is a fantastic outdoor space. We particularly liked the combination of modern fittings with traditional pieces of furniture and artwork which provide a lovely eclectic mix. The owner had provided all the essentials such as coffee, condiments and cleaning materials which make staying in an apartment so much easier. The apartment is the top floor of a traditional building without a lift. We did not mind this as it was more than compensated for by the terrace. Is there a nicer place to stay in Palermo - I doubt it. We would love to stay again.
