The place was very clean and the host is very friendly and responsive to queries.

Instead of relaxing throughout our stay, the bed and sofa are worn out, making us uncomfortable and causing backaches and pains. It should be replace immediately. They also have hidden charges!

The room was clean and tidy.

There's a few mosquitoes inside the room. And there's a hidden fees upon check in. Although refundable. It took me a long time to refund my money which is weird and we almost got rejected to stay in the room because they don't allow late check in even though the room is already paid. And for the host. A little inhospitable for his guest I think he needs to educate himself about hospitality industry.

Location

1. Microwave is uncleaned. Not worth the 750 pesos cleaning fee. 2. No keys given to me upon check in. I was told that I can go out leaving the flat open because it is safe. 3. There is a refund deposit of 2k that took me 1 week before the owner or whoever it is send it back.

The kitchen was swamped with cockroaches, the room was too small and there was a leakage in the washroom which was highlighted to the host when I arrived. However, they didn't fix it throughout the 14 days of my stay. I couldn't move to another place as the host refused to provide a refund and asked me to be "grateful" for showing me other options that were worse than this one. He also did not provide me with an invoice for the amount I paid for extending my stay for a few hours(1000 pesos). The treatment was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some peace in life.
