Невозможно готовить пищу на плите. Все время отключался электросчетчик и выбивало пробки. В зеркалах в уборных не работают лампочки подсветки. Ужасный старый лифт, в нем застряли люди. Невозможно поместиться в него с чемоданом или детской коляской. Пожарная сигнализация все время пищала. Ночью спать невозможно из-за тонких стен , слышны все соседи вокруг, крики, плачь детей

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It also has 3 air conditioners, one in each bedrooms and living room. Both bathrooms are large and modern. There is a large TV in the living room. We could park our car nearby for free. The owner provided a small welcome package with cleaning supplies for the dishes. Quite modern self check-in process with an app on the phone to open/close the front door.

We had many issues.... 😔 It is located in a not so nice neighborhood. We saw someone buying drugs when walking back from a nearby restaurant. The apartment building is very run down and old. The air conditioner did not work well. It took hours to cool down 1 degree and all the air conditioners did not go below 24 degrees. The apartment has some issues with power. Whenever we tried to use the oven or the washing machine, the power for the whole apartment would cut off. We found the circuit breaker and could turn it back on. But in order to use the oven or washing machine, we had to turn off the airco and lights to get enough power. The apartment appeared to be clean when we walked in at first, but after walking around bared footed for just a few minutes, my feet were very dusty. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with vacuuming. The owner only provided a single-use shampoo/body wash and small bar of soap. We had to buy more ourselves. I understand it's an apartment, not a hotel, but a small gesture from the owner by providing enough shampoo and body wash would go a long way. We also had to buy more garbage bags because the owner required us to separate all different categories of garbage, but did not provide enough bags.
