Sunny rooftop loft with gorgeous views of Olbia

Amazing apartment with gorgeous views of Olbia from its beautiful balcony. Quiet and comfortable with excellent air conditioning for hot weather! 15 min walk to the centre and on the main road with all major bus routs. We explored the entire coast using the public busses which have stops right outside the apartment. Supermarket & Pastry shop up the street that are excellent ! Highly recommend and would return

The place is spacious and clean. The big windows allow you to have amazing views of the city, specially at night! The terrace is very nice to spend the late afternoon/night during the summer. The apartment was very well equipped and the location was perfect to move around the city and go to lots of different beaches. We rented a car and there was always space to park it on the same street (perfectly safe). Dario was very kind to us and was always available for anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

If I was to say something I would say that the bedroom is quite hot for the summer and the Neo machine that is provided for this issue does not help much with that. The cool mode made the machine make a weird and loud noise and the fan mode did not make the room cool down. Anyway the air conditioners in the living room worked just fine! I'm sure that for other seasons this is not a problem.

Absolutely amazing. The apartment is a nice size. Kitchenette has basic supplies-had everything I needed. The apartment was very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. The views from inside with all the glass doors were absolutely incredible and the private terrace was the awesome with views of the Olbia, the harbor and Tavolara. I hated to leave and definitely hope to stay here again when I return.

The apartment is very spacious, luminous and has a beatiful view and terrace, my favourite part of the house. Everything was clean (towels and sheets smells very nice) and kitchen is well equipped. Dario is an excellent host, send us a message with the instructions to enter the apartment, and always replies to our questions. 100% recommended!!
