Spacious apartment with a nice view over the Manhattan skyline. Good location. Good bus connection in and out of Manhattan.

Notre référent n'a pas tenu ses engagements suite à nos sollicitations. L'appartement est prévu pour 6 mais le mobilier n'est pas adapté (manque 2 chaises, 1 pied de table cassé) La clim est très bruyante. Le tarif pratiqué est excessif pour les prestations fournies.

After visiting NYC over a dozen times, I truly found your place to be splendid. Absolutely everything was top-notch. The comfort and coziness of the house, and especially getting to have dinner with that incredible view of Manhattan lit up – it's something I'll never forget. The view is stunning and traffic is very convenient! Inna is a great host who made it easy for us for the stay.

Unbelievable view of manhattan. Modern facilities. Convenience store (gas station) 30 second walk away. Great communication & easy access to enterprise rental car with free on street parking for our upstate trip.

The front room had a slight leak in heavy rain but soon stopped when the weather dried up. But nothing major and shouldn’t put you off renting.

The views from the apartment were spectacular. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and with the close proximity to the street, were very quiet. The prime location was within walking distance of the ferry and the bus stop to Penn Station plus restaurants down by the Hudson River. I would love to stay in the neighborhood again in the future!

Booked a last-minute trip to NY. Luckily, I came across this property. It was perfect for my family of 5. Very spacious with a great view and only 10 mins or less from the Manhattan area. Inna was great checking in daily to see if everything was going well. The only con is parking. Since there is a restaurant/bar across the street, you have to hustle to find street parking. This will be my go-to for my next visit for sure!
