Great location (1 min walk to Margaret Mahy Playground and less than a ten minute walk into the heart of the city). New apartment, decorated beautifully, with all the basics - the plunger coffee was especially appreciated! Felt super safe and was really quiet and warm.

Couch/lounge furniture wasn’t too comfy but we didn’t spend too much time at the apartment other than to sleep so it didn’t bother us too much.

Great location, and lovely bright space.

It was hard to find the apartment when we first arrived, a map with the carpark, apartments and street names would be super helpful.

Location was perfect! close walking distance to most places in the CBD! It was easy access with clear instructions from the property manager. Its on the 1st floor, gotta take the stairs as there are no elevators. Parking was a bonus with great convenience! Neighborhood can be noisy at night occasionally with the late party go-ers but is usually dies down around 2-3am. The place is well stocked with amenities and nil issues with water supply too!

The place could use a good thorough clean! The edges at the balcony door and window can be a tad dusty but definitely manageable!

Given we could not check in until 3pm, having a 10am check out seemed unfair. An 11am check out would have been more appropriate with such a late check in.
