Happy stay guest house in klerksdorp North West

Very little of the equipment in the room worked. The rooms are not well kept, and low maintenance is evident. The shower felt dirty and was not working properly. I had to ask for things that should be in the room like a glass and eating utensils. The room had a blue light that gave me the impression that the room can be rented by the hour. I also discovered during the night that I had rats for room mates

Hot water WiFi

Lighting weak. Shower too small and door makes it even smaller. No checklist on check in. Plastic cutlery. I had to ask for a soup bowl. Had to ask for a microwave. No housekeeping done. Not enough parking. Only 2 staff members, one knows nothing, have to wait for manager to be assisted. Furniture too old.

Nothing impressive.

They don't change towels, bedding, no cleaning of the room. Parking also is bad , cars are parking one after another, makes it difficult to move out your car when there is another car behind yours.

The place had rats moving in the celling...what do you mean?😭 that was so uncomfortable and irritating. I mean you can have the worst furniture and assign me someone to help me who can't even compile an English sentence, but failture to deal and manage rats where visitors are going to sleep it's a deal breaker. I regret booking that place!
