Property was clean and tidy like it stated in the description. Kitchen had everything you’d need fridge freezer cooker bathroom was lovely the shower was amazing. Rooms were all lovely the added hot tub was lovely and clean

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Close to the location we needed to be and the hot tub was a bonus.

I didn’t find it comfortable/cozy enough I’d spend more than 1-2 nights there. We couldn’t get in the front door - just as I was about to ring the owners my daughter managed to get in.

Convenient location, decent size property, decorated nicely.

Booked check-in for 3pm, arrived at 3:30pm, and still had to wait 10 minutes because the property hadn’t been cleaned on time. The booking stated a travel cot was available, but there wasn’t one on arrival and it had to be delivered later. The cleaners asked if we’d paid for the hot tub and had to go back to confirm, which didn’t inspire confidence. The hot tub itself is positioned directly in front of another property’s window, offering no privacy at all. When we used it, the water was foaming excessively — a clear sign it hadn’t been properly drained or maintained between guests. The owner claimed it was due to chemicals, but as someone who works in water treatment, I know that’s not the case. Charging £40 for this is unacceptable. Only one toilet roll was provided for four guests (we eventually found more in the shed). The bed was extremely hard, and we were asked to strip the bedding ourselves before leaving — not exactly the relaxing break we expected. The only positives were the convenient location and good parking, but overall, the experience was disappointing and poorly managed. I would not book here again.
