Excellent finish, clean, everything you need inside and on your doorstep, faultless

The house was beautiful and beds very comfortable, the views were great, location was great, we had the best time

Just a bit of advice The large plates wouldn’t fit in the dishwasher and there was no tea towel to dry them, a lot of the small plates were chipped and could do with some more knives and forks while others are in the dishwasher

Location and decor was great and host was responsive

The wifi did not work well and hence I could not work from the property on the Friday which was the plan- this impacted the TVs as well

Stairs to top level, not the safest.

This is an exceptional property with fantastic views. I have never stayed anywhere like this with luxury high end decor with a high spec finish in every room. It's in a terrific location for exploring Tynemouth (lovely walk around the coastline) and the Fish Quay. Can't wait to come back!

Plenty of tea bags and coffee sachets provided but for that added luxury a good coffee machine and pods would be a real treat!

The location is very convenient for access to Tynemouth along with the road network to explore Northumberland. The house itself is very tastefully decorated, well looked after and laid out. The views of the harbour are stunning.

Nothing to state

The property is beautifully decorated throughout with a luxurious feel to it. Ideally situated next to the Fish Quay so a short walk to bars and restaurants.

The higher you go up in the house the hotter it gets! An unusual issue for the UK and didn’t really affect our stay
