Room was really clean, as was kitchen and lounge. Location was excellent for us.

Couldn't work out the tv! Basic instructions would be good I.e. how to get ITV and BBC normal channels

"Room for the night is what I wanted but no hot water for a shower in the morning"

Location.

It was mentioned there was free parking so I’m thinking a driveway or car park . But it was street parking . And only if you’re lucky you find a parking spot. And even that in front of local residents.

"Good location for people working in Ashton."

The shower was fantastic. There is adequate furnishings.

The en-suite is a little small and had a very bad smell as they have had problems with leakage in the past. The room was on the ground floor so very noisy with people coming in and out of the property.
